    據(jù)專業(yè)的錨機(jī)制造公司江蘇捷勝9月17日電:智能船舶采用的錨機(jī),由機(jī)旁控制和遠(yuǎn)程應(yīng)急控制,設(shè)電器轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)機(jī)旁??遠(yuǎn)程,油泵電機(jī)與電磁閥互鎖,機(jī)旁控制由電器開關(guān)控制油泵和手動(dòng)比例閥控制液壓馬達(dá)實(shí)現(xiàn)。遠(yuǎn)程采用蓄能器蓄滿能量的液壓油和電磁閥及液壓油缸實(shí)現(xiàn)。

The local control is realized by the electrical switch controlling the oil pump and the manual proportional valve controlling the hydraulic motor.       1)錨機(jī)機(jī)旁控制由手動(dòng)控制比例閥實(shí)現(xiàn)起錨、拋錨及手動(dòng)應(yīng)急拋錨,手動(dòng)應(yīng)急拋錨即扳動(dòng)液壓離合油缸手輪和剎車油缸手輪實(shí)現(xiàn)下錨。

       2)錨機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程應(yīng)急釋放拋錨控制。由需方控制離合直流24V電磁閥,蓄能器液壓油推動(dòng)離合油缸分離馬蹄爪后,接通剎車直流24V電磁閥,液壓剎車油缸松開錨鏈輪實(shí)現(xiàn)快速拋錨,即根據(jù)遠(yuǎn)程遙控電信號(hào)實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)急釋放快速下錨功能。
